Description
An older sketch merged onto a new background drawing.
Which, to be honest, is how I do a lot of my drawings.
Most of them, the characters and the backgrounds, are completed on two separate sheets of paper and then put together in Photoshop. I half wonder if that's cheating, but I am hesitant to call it that on account I do it in an effort to preserve details. It isn't that I CAN'T put it all on one page, I can. I simply choose to do it this way because it's more visually appealing to me at the finish, and it is a bit easier, too.
What are your thoughts?
Here's Mr. Tumnus giving daughter Selena a hug before bed. Because my daddy always did.
Mr. Tumnus belongs to C.S. Lewis.

i don't think it's cheating. i never thought of that. i'd say it doesn't matter how you do it, as long as it's done and looks how you want it in the end. i would have never known they weren't drawn together.
