Just a heads up...
If you don't see me around for a little while, it's nothing major. I'm just going through some nasty depression at the moment, and I know everyone will rush to say that when you are depressed, you need to be around people.

I'm not in the mood to perform for people right now. I'm not in the mood to put on a show of how dandy things are and how happy I am. They aren't. I'm not. I'm just too tired to act like everything is great. Things aren't God awful, end of the road, the mother of all depressive episodes, nothing like that. I'm not a danger to myself or others, all that good stuff... I just need a little time to lick my wounds and get back up on my feet. I'm not emotionally devastated or anything, but I think I need a little time to myself.
Okay, so... to recap; I'm depressed, it's bad but not dangerous, I may be away for a little bit, and if that's the case, don't fret, I'm fine. I just need a little bit of time alone.
